In this group we will meet weekly to discuss what keeps us from creating the life we want and how to overcome these barriers with ease. It could be around time management, connecting deeper with your intuition, having a healthier lifestyle, living your soul purpose, you name it. This 6 week support group will cover the following themes:<\/p>

  • Get your life in order<\/li>
  • Get intentional with your time<\/li>
  • Learn to connect with your emotions and inner knowing as a guide to your true path<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    As a holistic life coach in this group I will help you stay present so you can actualize your dreams by:<\/span><\/p>

    • Figuring out your priorities<\/span><\/li>
    • Getting clarity and direction<\/span><\/li>
    • Staying on top of things and getting into a rhythm<\/span><\/li>
    • Creating a balanced life<\/span><\/li>
    • Building skills to address intense emotions<\/span><\/li>
    • Overcoming triggers and it keeping you stuck in the past<\/span><\/li>
    • Become more present and connected to your body, mind and spirit<\/span><\/li>
    • Stay connected to your soul purpose and inner knowing<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      These skills and more will help you stay in alignment, connected to yourself and present so you can finally manifest your deepest desires.       Each week we will cover a theme that will help inform, inspire and keep you moving forward; while at the same time helping you change deep rooted barriers and beliefs.\u00a0 Weekly topics will address negative thinking, changing your internal conversation and beliefs, boundary setting, getting started and following through with goals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
