ADHD Coaching
I focus on helping you overcome life clutter and chaos. Working with individuals in the following areas: ADHD, mental health and wellbeing, anxiety and trauma, life organization (time and spaces), finance, career, relationships. I guide you in putting all the pieces together with what you already know and learn from the process. We do this by:

- Establish and integrate consistent self care habits and routines for overall mental health and well being
- Being accountable through weekly sessions and email check in’s so you can follow through in all areas of your life
